In this 800,000 square-foot UPS warehouse in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, MidState installed large makeup air units, rooftop units with a variable air volume box, mini-split systems, maintenance shop exhaust systems with fume hoods, all new exhaust systems for restrooms, retrofitted trench drains into existing slabs, installed underground oil water separators, multiple gang bathrooms, emergency shower, and eyewash stations, and all new gas service. In addition, they installed power and lighting for office structures within the warehouse and building-wide fire alarm systems as well as all utilities for a fully automated tractor trailer wash. . .
